T’was the night before Christmas… and the freight kept on moving!
Okay, maybe not all the freight. Even we need a little downtime to eat mince pies and argue over the best Christmas movie… What is it? The Grinch? Love Actually? Muppet’s Christmas Carol? Die Hard? Or my personal favourite Elf? You tell me… I mean, is Die Hard even a Christmas movie? It’s a hot topic of debate here… But don’t worry – we’ll still be around to help with your freight throughout the festive season.
Here’s a quick summary of our opening hours over the coming weeks…
- Christmas Eve: Open until midday (then off to wrap gifts and watch the Queen… err, King’s speech!)
- Christmas Day & Boxing Day: Closed (turkey, naps and questionable cracker jokes)
- New Year’s Eve: Open until midday (time to prep for the countdown!)
- New Year’s Day: Closed (starting the year with a lie-in – don’t judge us!)
The rest of the holidays? We’ll have a skeleton crew on hand to make sure urgent shipments are taken care of. And if you’re wondering when the next edition of the Millennium Chronicle is out – it’s coming soon! We’ve packed it with all the latest updates, some festive cheer, and a sneak peek at what’s coming in 2025. Keep an eye on your doormat – it’s not one to miss. And if you’d like a digital copy emailed to you, just reply to this email and let me know.
From all of us at Millennium Cargo, we’d like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for trusting us with your freight this year. We’re really truly grateful for every single bit of business you bring our way and we look forward to working with you in the new year too.
See you on the other side!
